Our organization is all about serving those who are overlooked within our community. Many families work hard to make ends meet, yet do not qualify for government financial aid. These are the people HOPEmatch is dedicated to serving through various programs that intentionally meet physical and personal needs. Our mission is to provide HOPE by matching local needs with compassionate givers. We aim to bring lasting hope and encouragement to the unseen and underserved in our community. Join our VIP monthly giving program and become a consistent source of hope for local families all year long. Every dollar makes a difference — and a recurring gift, at any amount, helps ensure no family waits longer than necessary for help.
The HOPEmatch Process
Here's how we match deserving families with generous givers.
1. Nominate
Members of the community nominate someone they know who needs help.
2. Screen
Families are chosen after the nomination forms are carefully screened by trained volunteers.
3. Call
We like to surprise families with the good news that they’ve been chosen for our program by calling them.
4. Match
Donors choose which family they would like to support and do the shopping themselves.
5. Deliver
Each gift is prepared and labeled by volunteers and delivered to the person or family.
6. Chat
Families are contacted after receiving their gift to determine their needs and connect them with resources through HOPEmatch or the community that can help.
7. Support
HOPEmatch offers continued support for those families that are currently part of our program.
8. Give
Previous families served are invited to pay their blessing forward by volunteering with HOPEmatch.
